Come join the fun! This class will help you burn fat, boost your metabolism, and increase your energy levels. Be prepared for a challenging fusion of cardio, strength, agility, and core moves that will engage our entire body. We use timed high intensity intervals of 20-60 seconds with active recovery/rest periods.
