B.L.A.S.T. Total Body Workout

This full-body workout boosts your metabolism, blasts away inches and helps you Become Lean, Agile, Strong, Toned with the perfect combination of strength, agility/sports moves and cardio. Bodyweight exercises and fitness toys make this class fun and effective. Come be challenged! All levels are welcome. Bring dumbbells, resistance tube and mat.  This class is taught through the City of Long Beach Parks & Recreation Department.

B.L.A.S.T. Pump, Jump ‘n Jab

Intervals of strength training, jump roping, and kickboxing moves will help you burn fat, build muscle, increase metabolism, and improve cardiovascular endurance, all while having loads of fun!  Exercise intervals will be short and challenging.  All fitness levels are welcome. Bring jump rope, light/medium dumbbells, and mat. This class is taught through the City of Long Beach Parks & Recreation Department.

B.L.A.S.T. 40-30-20 Interval Training

A new body, a new you!  Lose fat while increasing your strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness with workouts that are fun, challenging, and never boring.  Become Lean, Agile, Strong, Toned during 40, 30, and 20 second Tabata Bootcamp-style exercise intervals that change your body and give you lasting results.  All fitness levels welcome.  Bring mat.  This class is taught through the City of Long Beach Parks and Recreation Department.

In addition to our class meetings, you will also have the option to participate in 6-minute daily web workouts via the online Tabata Bootcamp™ Members Website. On the website you also have immediate access to track your results, monitor your success, and receive support from fellow bootcampers.

Saturday Outdoor FitCamp

This outdoor fit camp is a great way to start your weekend.  Circuits in the park, stair intervals, sprint intervals, trail walking and running… anything can happen these Saturday mornings.  Check the calendar for FitCamp dates because you never know when we will meet.  Sessions will be posted on the class calendar so be sure to check back weekly.
