I specialize in personal training for women only. One-on-one sessions, partner sessions and small-group personal training sessions are all available. These fun, challenging sessions utilize resistance training, cardio intervals, core training, agility work, functional fitness and flexibility training to help you meet your fitness goals.
Sessions are scheduled at a time convenient for you. We meet in your home, a park, or your office – no gym membership is required. Your initial consultation is free – that is the time to discuss your fitness goals and determine whether we are a good match for your training needs.
