Become Lean, Agile, Strong, Toned during 40, 30, and 20 second Tabata Bootcamp-style exercise intervals that change your body and give you lasting results. All fitness levels welcome. Bring mat. This class is taught through the City of Long Beach Parks and Recreation Department.

In addition to our class meetings, you will also have the option to participate in 6-minute daily web workouts via the online Tabata Bootcamp™ Members Website. On the website you also have immediate access to track your results, monitor your success, and receive support from fellow bootcampers.
